Ignite Leadership Lab · 15 October 2026 · Singapore

At senior levels, it’s rarely a capability issue.

More often, the very strengths that have made us successful can show up differently under pressure.

  • Decisiveness can give clarityorbecome over-directing.
  • High standards can inspire excellenceorshut down thinking.
  • Speed can create momentumorquietly make our teams wait for us.

This is not about fixing deficient leaders. It is about noticing how strengths can show up differently under different conditions — and developing more range in how we lead.

Often, that pattern can be noticed — before it runs the room.

What is seen cannot be unseen.

Awareness creates the pause. The pause gives us choice.

About the Lab

A place to examine, experiment and practise.

Small group. Hands-on. Real leadership situations rather than theory.

Because knowing is not doing.

On 15 October, we’re bringing together a small group of senior leaders in Singapore for the Ignite Leadership Lab — an experiential day to uncover how our strengths and patterns show up under pressure, and practise small shifts in how we pause, listen, question and respond.

The intention isn’t to become less of who we are. It is to develop more range in how we lead.

Awareness

Helps us see the pattern.

Pause

Creates space.

Choice

Changes what happens next.

What you’ll leave with

Three things, carried back into real work.

  1. 1One leadership pattern you now see more clearly.
  2. 2One behaviour shift to practise.
  3. 3One real conversation to approach differently within 48 hours.

The 48-hour conversation is a participant commitment: taking the learning immediately into a real leadership moment.

Before the Lab

Your Leadership Pattern Guide™

Before the Lab, participants receive a personalised Leadership Pattern Guide™. It is not a personality profile.

Think of it as a behavioural mirror — designed to help participants notice how the strengths and patterns they already carry may show up differently under different conditions.

The Pattern Guide offers hypotheses to examine and test against real leadership experience. It is not intended to label people or tell them “who they are.”

After the Lab

Six weeks of NeuroPulse™

The experience doesn’t end when the room closes. After the Lab, participants continue with six weeks of NeuroPulse™ — short reflections and behavioural experiments embedded in real work.

Notice something. Try something. Reflect on what happened. Adapt.

Because knowing is not doing.
