On leadership

We are never only one version of ourselves.

Same person. Same strengths. Different impact. That, increasingly, is what fascinates me about leadership.

Not another prescription for how a good leader should behave. But becoming more aware of how we actually show up — noticing our patterns in real moments and having the choice to respond differently when something else might serve better.

Because I have come to believe deeply: the person opposite us deserves our best presence.

My journey

Natasha Kwan

Natasha Kwan spent 19 years in senior leadership at Microsoft Asia before founding Ignite Leadership. Her work today draws together decades of leadership experience, coaching, behavioural practice and an enduring curiosity about what enables people and teams to flourish.

Staying strong, fit, curious and fully present for the person opposite me, for as long as I’m blessed to do this work.

Wonder

Still discovering, still curious, still adding to the places and experiences I want this life to hold.

Ignite Leadership is one expression of that first commitment. It brings together what decades of leading have taught me, what I continue to discover through coaching, and the work I want to give this chapter of my life to.

Because when leaders change what they bring to a moment, they can change what becomes possible for the people around them.
